5.     Choose to capitalize on your opponents weaknesses.

6.     Choose to pursue, overtake, and recover all.

7.     Choose to refuse comfort over character.

2.    Describe an obstacle that is detouring you from dealing with these issues. For example, if your issues are dieting maybe the lack of planning and your hectic schedule has become an obstacle to your good health?

4.    It is important to surround you self with a winning team. What we are talking about is a good support system to help you accomplish your goals and hold you accountable. People on your winning team should be honorable, available and teachable.  Why are those attributes important?
