STUDY GROUP QUESTIONS:

1. Name a story in Bible that has a stone, stones, a rock, or a big rock. Please be creative. I came up with at least 5.

2. What does the metaphor of God being a "rock" for us mean to you? Give us one adjective that describes the Lord who is your rock.

3. Exodus 17 explains that Christ is our Rock. Out of the Rock in the Old Testament flowed water. On the cross when a spear was thrust in Jesus' side water and blood flowed out. At the side of Jesus flows water symbolizing revelation. You can learn at the side of Jesus. Tell us one thing you have learned from Jesus.

4. The stone at the tomb was rolled away when Jesus rose from the dead. What stone in your life is trying to keep you from coming forth?
