ICEBREAKER: If you could change one thing about Christmas what would it be?

· There is WELCOME in His name ( Matthew 11:28 says, Come unto me all who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest {Peace}.)

STUDY GROUP QUESTIONS:

1. Isaiah 9 says that His name shall be called Wonderful. Of all the wonder filled things that Jesus did in his Earthly ministry with the disciples what do you find most fascinating and why?

a. He walked on water

3. Isaiah declares that His name shall be called Mighty God, which also could be translated the most Wealthy One. How would your life change if you had unlimited resources at your disposal right now?

4. Isaiah states that His name shall be called Everlasting Father. What was the best fatherly advice you have ever received, even if it did not come from your biological father?

5. Isaiah also says that His name shall be called Prince of Peace.

In what area of your life has God called you to be a Peacemaker?

6. Mary wrapped the best Christmas package the world has ever received in swaddling clothes and laid Him in a manger. If Jesus is the gift that lives in our hearts and we are the swaddling clothes or wrapping paper, what color and what kind of paper would describe you?
