What is the most interesting, unusual, and/or valuable thing you have ever found?

 

TEXT:  Ezekiel 47:1-12, Deut.29:29

 

STUDY GROUP QUESTIONS:

1.        In verses 1 &2 what is flowing, where is it flowing from, and what does it symbolize to you?

2.        In verse3 the water came up to the ankle symbolizing our Christian walk.  What are some the ways the bible describes our walk before the Lord?  What is the most challenging thing

you face in your Christian walk right now?

3.        In verse 4 water rises to two different levels what is the first

and what does it symbolize?

4.        How would you describe your prayer life?

a.        Off and On

b.       Up and Down

c.        Down and Out

d.       Up, Up, and Away

5.        In verse 4 what is the second level of  water and what does it

symbolize?

6.        In what area of your life do you feel most productive right

now? What area needs more work?

7.        In verse 5 the water has risen so high that it covers both your  

heart and your head symbolizing both your desires and your

thoughts.  Why is it so difficult to trust God with our desires    

and our thoughts?

8.        What is the most powerful revelation or truth that God has ever shown you?

9.        In verse 9 the scripture says that where the river of God flows

everything there lives.  Where in our world would you say we most need to create a channel for God’s river to flow?
